1 · Contact and samples
Which report do you want? *

The labels on your laboratory report, separated by commas, so each result is matched to the right sample.

2 · Field and location

We place your field from this address and tell you where on your receipt. A street address places it within the farm; a town alone within a few kilometres.

Many towns share a name, such as Burlington in Ontario and in Vermont, so the province or state and the country place your field in the right one.

3 · Laboratory report *

Attach your laboratory report as a PDF or a clear photo (a spreadsheet also works). We read the numbers and show them to you to check.

Maximum 4 MB. PDFs of up to 10 pages.
