Access Control
Quadros Bio limits access to confidential data to authorized personnel and approved service providers who need access to provide services, maintain systems, support users, or comply with legal obligations.
Access principles
- →Use least-privilege access.
- →Require MFA for all administrative accounts.
- →Restrict production database access.
- →Do not share admin credentials.
- →Use role-based access for startup, investor, admin, and expert workflows.
- →Review access periodically.
- →Remove access immediately when no longer needed.
- →Keep service role keys server-side only.
- →Never expose secrets in client-side code.
Service provider access
Quadros Bio's subprocessors (see the Subprocessors page) have access only to the data necessary to deliver their specific service. Each subprocessor operates under its own published security and privacy practices.
