What should be available
for you and your farm?
You know better than anyone.
The Farmer's Voice asks how satisfied you are with the technology, services and learning open to you today, what works on your farm, what does not, and what you wish someone would build. It is run with Bioenterprise Canada, and every answer goes into a free public report written in farmers' own words.

The question it answers
What farmers actually need, said by farmers, so the people designing technology, funding companies and writing programs hear it first-hand instead of guessing.
What it asks about
– Your operation
– Artificial intelligence
– What the industry gets wrong
– Government programs
– Why you farm
– A serious problem you faced
– Technology on the farm
– Messages to researchers and investors
– Getting to market
Three of the questions, word for word
What do people outside the farm gate get wrong about farming?
What technology do you wish existed for your farm?
If your profit rose 30 per cent, what would you do first?

For farmers
Open to every farm in Canada.
It is anonymous and most questions are one tap, so clicking through takes under three minutes. The survey records no name and no farm name. An email address is optional, and is asked only so the report can be sent to you when it is published. We are here to listen, and there is no judgement in any of it.
Take the surveyRun with Bioenterprise Canada
A joint listening exercise, co-signed and promoted.
Bioenterprise Canada, Canada's Food and Agri-Tech Engine, co-signs this survey and carries it to their farmer network. The questions, the analysis and the published report are Quadros Bio's. What Bioenterprise receives is the same public report everyone else gets, and the count of who arrived through which channel.

What comes back
A free public report.
The responses will be computed and analyzed anonymously, and the results will be shared in a report that will be freely accessible to all Canadian farmers and other interested parties.
Privacy
What the survey records, and what it does not.
The Farmer's Voice is a national listening exercise for Canadian farmers, sponsored by Bioenterprise Canada and powered by Quadros Bio. It runs to 30 November 2026 and results in one free public report.
The survey is anonymous. The survey does not ask for your name or the name of your farm, and no response carries an identifier that links it to you.
What the survey records:
- →Your answers to the questions you choose to answer. Every question is optional.
- →The province or territory you selected on the first screen.
- →Anonymous page counts, which record how many people open the survey and where they stop. These carry no identifier and cannot be traced to a person or to a response.
What the survey does not record:
- →Your name, the name of your farm, your address, or your contact details. An email address is recorded only if you choose to give one at the end of the survey.
- →Any identifier that would allow a response to be attributed to a person or to a farm.
How responses are used:
- →Responses are combined and analysed, and the findings are published in the report.
- →Quoted material carries the farm type and the province, and nothing further. No name, and no farm name.
- →Responses are not sold, and are not disclosed in identifiable form to any company, association or government body.
Your email address, if you give one. An email address given at the end of the survey is stored in a separate table from responses, with no identifier connecting the two, and the times at which the two are written are recorded to the day so that they cannot be matched by time. The address is used to send you the report. If you also select "Yes, keep me posted", it is passed to Bioenterprise Canada on the date the report is published, and not before, so that Bioenterprise Canada and Quadros Bio may write to you about future surveys and findings; that consent is recorded with its date and may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link carried in every message. The address is not used for any other purpose. You may ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to privacy@quadrosbio.com.
What Bioenterprise Canada receives. Bioenterprise Canada is the sponsor and partner of this survey. It receives the published report, the count of respondents arriving through each channel, and pooled answers to the closed questions. It does not receive individual responses or written answers. Email addresses are held by Quadros Bio while the survey runs. On the date the report is published, Bioenterprise Canada receives the addresses of the farmers who selected "Yes, keep me posted", and no other address. The published report is released to respondents, to Bioenterprise Canada and to the public on the same date.
The gift card register. Farmers who complete the survey may register for a gift card on a separate form. That form asks for a first name, a farm name, a town, an email address or a telephone number, and, at your option, a farm address and a province, together with the claim code shown on completion. These details are held in a separate register that carries no response and no identifier from the survey, and the claim code records only that a survey was completed, not which one. The details are used solely to confirm eligibility and to deliver the gift card, and are not sold. Where Bioenterprise Canada, the sponsor of the gift cards, delivers them, it receives only the details required for delivery. The register is retained for as long as is needed to deliver the cards and to resolve any query about them, and is then deleted.
How long responses are kept. Responses are kept for twelve months from the date the report is published, and are then deleted. Email addresses given in order to receive the report are deleted once the report has been sent, unless you selected "Yes, keep me posted", in which case the address is kept, by Quadros Bio and by Bioenterprise Canada, until you withdraw that consent.
These terms also appear in full on the Privacy and Data Use page, alongside the terms covering everything else Quadros Bio does.
