• →Technical information: IP address, user agent, and referring URL, recorded when a tracked link is opened, when a gated document is unlocked or viewed, and by our analytics providers
• →AI assistant chat interactions, where applicable

• →Manage On The Spot listings and company profiles

• →Facilitate introductions when explicitly authorized

• →Invite growers to The Field's Voice survey by email and send one reminder, with a one-click unsubscribe link in every message
• →Improve website functionality and service quality
• →Maintain security, compliance, and business records

What we do not do

• →We do not sell your confidential assessment data.
• →We do not publish QBIView responses.
• →We do not share startup assessment reports with investors, strategics, or third parties without explicit permission.
• →We do not use public AI chatbot conversations as a secure channel for confidential submissions.
• →We do not store full payment card numbers.

Sharing

We may share information only in limited circumstances:

• →With service providers that support our website, platform, payments, email, database, hosting, or AI assistant functionality.
• →With investors, strategics, startups, or partners only when the relevant user has authorized an introduction or disclosure.
• →When required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process.
• →With professional advisors under confidentiality obligations.
• →In connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Public versus confidential information

Information submitted for a QBIView assessment is confidential by default. Information submitted and approved for an On The Spot profile may be published publicly. These two data categories are separate.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or withdraw consent regarding personal information. Canadian users may have rights under PIPEDA. Brazilian users may have rights under the LGPD. Users in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Requests can be sent to privacy@quadrosbio.com.

Data deletion

Users may request deletion of personal information and account data, subject to legal, tax, contractual, dispute-resolution, backup, security, and legitimate business retention requirements.
