QBIView Badge Terms

Badge levels

• →Network Member: basic information submitted by the company to the Brazilian AgBio Network. Not assessed by Quadros Bio.
• →On the Spot: company has been accepted for public visibility on the curated Brazilian AgBio Network directory. Editorial review only.
• →QBIView Screened: company has completed a preliminary QBIView review or expert assessment.
• →QBIView Market-Ready: company has passed Quadros Bio Inc.'s internal readiness filter based on submitted evidence and expert review.

What badges mean and do not mean

QBIView badges indicate the level of Quadros Bio review completed at the time the badge was issued. Badges are not guarantees of investment, partnership, regulatory approval, field performance, commercial success, safety, efficacy, or suitability for any specific investor, customer, distributor, or market.

QBIView Market-Ready indicates that a company passed Quadros Bio's internal readiness filter based on the information submitted and reviewed. It is not an endorsement, certification, regulatory approval, or investment recommendation.

Revocation and update

A badge may be revoked, suspended, updated, or downgraded if Quadros Bio Inc. determines that submitted information was inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or no longer reflective of the company's current status. Companies are required to notify Quadros Bio of material changes that affect a previously issued badge.

Permitted display

Companies awarded a QBIView badge may display it on their own website, pitch decks, investor materials, and similar communications, provided the display does not modify, distort, or misrepresent the badge or its meaning. Companies may not reproduce QBIView badge artwork outside approved contexts without written permission from Quadros Bio Inc.

Required disclaimer language

Where space permits, badge displays should include or link to the following: 'QBIView badges reflect the level of Quadros Bio Inc. review completed at the time of issuance. They are not guarantees of investment, partnership, regulatory approval, field performance, or commercial success.'
