Security Overview
Quadros Bio handles scientific, commercial, and investment-related information with care. Our security program is designed to protect confidential assessment data, investor inquiries, company profiles, and advisory workflows while supporting responsible collaboration across the agricultural biologicals ecosystem.
Our security principles
- →Confidential assessment data is separated from public profile data.
- →QBIView responses are used only for the assessment and related services requested by the user.
- →Startup assessment data is not shared with investors, strategics, or third parties without explicit permission.
- →Public On the Spot profiles contain only approved public-facing information.
- →AI assistant conversations are separate from confidential QBIView workflows.
- →Access to confidential data is limited to authorized Quadros Bio personnel and approved service providers as needed to deliver services.
Infrastructure
Quadros Bio uses modern cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers for hosting, database management, payment processing, email delivery, code hosting, and AI assistant functionality. These providers support the secure operation of our website, QBIView, On the Spot, and related services.

Access controls
Access to production systems and confidential data is restricted to authorized users. Administrative access is granted only where needed and should use strong authentication, role-based access, and least-privilege permissions.
Encryption
Quadros Bio uses encrypted connections for data transmitted through the website and platform. Where supported by infrastructure providers, data is protected using encryption at rest and in transit.
Reports and files
QBIView reports and confidential files should be delivered through authenticated access or time-limited secure links wherever possible. Confidential report contents should not be included directly in email bodies.
AI assistant boundary
The public AI assistant is intended for general educational and regulatory information. It is not a secure channel for confidential business information, proprietary technical data, investment materials, or personal sensitive information.
