QBIView Data Policy

Confidential by default

QBIView assessment responses, uploaded files, generated reports, internal scoring, and review notes are confidential by default.

Quadros Bio does not publish, sell, or share QBIView assessment data with investors, startups, strategics, or third parties without explicit permission from the submitting organization or an applicable written agreement.

How QBIView data is used

QBIView data may be used to:

• →Provide support related to the assessment
• →Deliver requested advisory services
• →Improve report quality and platform functionality
• →Maintain audit trails, security, and service records
• →Conduct internal quality assurance

Use of aggregated or anonymized data

Quadros Bio may use aggregated or anonymized information to improve QBIView, understand market-level patterns, refine risk frameworks, or develop internal benchmarks. Aggregated or anonymized information should not identify a specific company, investor, product, or user.

Human review

Some QBIView workflows may be fully automated. Others may include review by Quadros Bio personnel or approved experts, depending on the product purchased or advisory engagement selected.

Self-serve assessments

For self-serve assessments such as QBIView Rapid, users complete the assessment online, pay through Stripe, and receive a report. Unless a user requests additional advisory support or gives explicit permission, self-serve assessment responses are not shared externally.

Investor-assisted assessments

Investor-facing QBIView assessments may include tailored advisory analysis, expert review, data room review, interviews, or investment committee support. These services are governed by applicable agreements, including NDA, MSA, SOW, or QBIView Terms.

AI processing

If AI-supported tools are used to assist with report generation, summarization, or quality review, Quadros Bio will use them only to support the requested service and will apply reasonable controls to protect confidential information. Quadros Bio does not authorize confidential QBIView assessment data to be used to train public AI models.

Report sharing

QBIView reports are provided to the user or organization that purchased or requested the assessment. Reports may not be redistributed, published, or shared externally unless permitted by the applicable terms or written agreement.

Deletion

Users may request deletion of QBIView data, subject to contractual, legal, tax, security, backup, audit, and dispute-resolution retention requirements.
