Dr. de Quadros is a Brazilian soil microbiologist whose career spans soil biochemistry, bacterial genomics, plant and soil microbiome, and biological R&D and commercialization. Born and trained in Brazil, connected with several Brazilian Federal Universities, Embrapa, and research networks, she has navigated several collaborations with Canadian, American, European, and African academic and industrial partners.

Dr. de Quadros is the founder of Quadros Bio Inc., her fourth startup, which she built with all accumulated experience and systems-thinking skills. Quadros Bio provides science-based risk intelligence for high-stakes decisions across the agricultural biologicals investment ecosystem.

Dr. da Silva is a Brazilian agricultural microbiologist whose research spans plant and soil microbiome, plant growth promoting microbes, and biological product development, with consistent focus on the microbe, soil, and plant relationship as a system. She holds a PhD in Plant Genetic Resources (UFSC), an MSc in Agricultural Microbiology (USP), and a BSc in Agronomy (UFRGS), with postdoctoral programs at UFPR, UFSC, and Centro Universitário Católica de Santa Catarina.

Dr. da Silva serves as Managing Director of the Quadros Bio Brazilian Network. She leads operations across Brazil: identifying and qualifying biotechnology companies, building academic and institutional partnerships, and connecting Brazilian agbio innovation to North American capital.

Camille de Quadros serves as Business Development Associate at Quadros Bio, where she leads first-line client engagement across the company's North American outreach: qualifying inbound interest, coordinating discovery conversations, and shepherding prospective partners through the early stages of the QBIView validation pathway. She brings more than two years of business development experience in the agricultural biologicals sector, with hands-on fluency in CRM and pipeline tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack) and a track record of client research, outbound outreach, and customer relationship management.

Trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she supports outreach across both Quadros Bio's North American market and its Brazilian Network. Camille is completing her final year at McMaster University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Justice, Political Philosophy and Law.
